The IT Complaint
Monitoring System has been developed with three main
objectives:
(1) To
enable user to register complaint regarding faulty IT
equipments.
(2) To
enable vendor to see the complaints register by various users and
update status after attending the complaints on daily basis.
(3) Administrator can monitor the
quality and quickness of the service by checking response time of
vendor while sitting on his desk.He can also generate various
periodic reports.
